What a subscription is
A subscription delivers your product automatically every month and charges the same amount each time. You select it explicitly when you buy; without that choice, every order is a one-time purchase.
You can see your active subscriptions, the next delivery date and the amount at any time in your customer account under “Manage”.
Cancelling and pausing
You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no notice period. You do not need to give a reason.
In your customer account under “Manage” you can cancel your subscription, pause it or move the delivery date. If you prefer, write to us at kontakt@zorvito.ch – we will take care of it for you.
A cancellation takes effect immediately for all future deliveries. If a delivery has already been charged, we will still send it; you can return that one order like any other.
Pausing keeps your subscription along with your discount, without anything being delivered or charged. You can resume it at any time in the same place.
Prices
The amount per delivery is shown before purchase in the buy box and at checkout. If the price of your subscription changes, we will tell you beforehand by email. The new price only applies to deliveries after that; until then you can cancel.
If a payment fails
If a charge fails, we will try again and write to you. If it still does not go through, we will pause your subscription instead of cancelling it. As soon as your payment method works again, you can resume it in your customer account – your discount is retained.
TWINT and Klarna are not suitable for recurring payments. For a subscription you can use credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Returns and withdrawal
Our voluntary 30-day return applies to every single subscription delivery – the period starts again each time a delivery reaches you. You bear the cost of the return shipment. For consumers in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in addition – it is also explained there how withdrawal and cancellation differ. Both can be found on the page Right of withdrawal.
