Terms and Conditions

This is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to all orders you place on zorvito.ch – regardless of which of our addresses brought you there. The provider is Zorvito, sole proprietorship, Bergstrasse 8b, 4950 Huttwil, Switzerland. The full details are given in the legal notice.

We sell to private individuals in all countries we deliver to (section 6). We may reject orders that are evidently intended for resale.

2. Language and contract text

The contract is concluded in German. We store your order. You will receive the order details, these terms and the withdrawal instructions by email with the order confirmation. Keep the email – you can also see your orders at any time in your customer account.

3. How the purchase is concluded

The presentation of the products in the shop is not yet an offer, but an invitation to you to make one.

The process:

  • You add items to the cart.
  • You go to checkout and enter your details.
  • On the last page you see everything once more: items, quantity, price, address.
  • By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer.

Up to that click you can change all your entries: using your browser's back button, in the field itself, or by opening the cart again.

The email that arrives immediately afterwards only confirms that we have received your order. It is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded as soon as we send you the shipping confirmation, at the latest upon delivery. If we do not accept your order, we will tell you and refund any amounts already paid.

4. Prices

The prices shown in the shop at the time of your order apply. All prices are final prices and include all taxes and duties.

Shipping costs CHF 5.90 per order. From an order value of CHF 50 it is waived. What counts is the subtotal at checkout. For deliveries outside Switzerland we convert the amounts; they are shown at checkout before you order.

If you order as a subscription, every delivery is free of shipping costs, regardless of the order value.

We cover customs duties and import tax in every country we deliver to. No further charges apply on delivery.

If you order as a subscription, the price shown is the amount per delivery. What that means in detail is set out in section 7.

5. Payment

You can pay by credit card, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay and TWINT. Via the PayPal option, also with PayPal and PayPal Express.

Payment by invoice via e-banking is possible. Get in touch with us beforehand by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.

The amount is charged when the order is placed. If we do not accept the order, we will refund it. With payment by invoice, the payment deadline is stated on the invoice.

TWINT and Klarna are not suitable for recurring payments. If there is a subscription in your cart, they are therefore not available for that order.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as to 38 further European countries: Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, the Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Vatican City.

To Switzerland, Germany and Austria the delivery time is 6 to 12 working days, to the other 38 countries 10 to 25 days. It starts as soon as we have received your payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If you order several items with different delivery times, we usually send them together. In that case the time of the item that takes longest applies.

The risk during transport lies with us. The risk only passes to you when the goods reach you. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we bear that.

7. Subscription

Individual products can be ordered as a subscription. You select this explicitly when you buy; without that choice, every order is a one-time purchase.

A subscription delivers monthly and charges monthly. The amount per delivery and the rhythm are shown before purchase in the buy box and at checkout.

The subscription runs for an indefinite period, there is no minimum term. You can cancel or pause at any time, without giving a reason and without a notice period – in your customer account under “Manage”. A cancellation applies to all deliveries that have not yet been charged. A delivery that has already been charged will still be sent; you can return it like any other order.

Every delivery has its own 30-day right of return. The period starts again when you receive each delivery, not only with the first one. What that means is set out in section 9.

Subscriptions can be paid by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. For this you store a means of payment that we may use for the future charges.

If we change the price of a subscription, we will inform you beforehand by email. The new price only applies to deliveries after that; until then you can cancel.

If a payment fails, we will try again and write to you. If it still does not go through, we will pause the subscription. As soon as your payment method works again, you can resume it in your customer account – your discount is retained.

The details are set out in our cancellation policy.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

9. Withdrawal and return

You can return ordered goods within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. This return is voluntary and does not restrict your statutory rights. With a subscription it applies to each delivery individually – the 30 days start again with every delivery.

We do not refund the shipping costs of CHF 5.90 with this voluntary return; with the statutory withdrawal we do refund them. You bear the cost of the return shipment in both cases.

In addition, consumers resident in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Both are set out, with the withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form, on the page Right of withdrawal, and the procedure in Our guarantee.

10. If something is not in order

The statutory liability for defects applies to all items. If the goods are damaged, incomplete or not as they should be, get in touch with us.

The period is two years from receipt of the goods. We do not exclude liability for defects and do not shorten it.

Beyond the statutory liability for defects we do not give any guarantee. Our voluntary 30-day return is an additional right of return, not a guarantee in the legal sense.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, for damage to life, body and health, and under mandatory product liability law.

In cases of slight negligence we are only liable if we breach a duty on the fulfilment of which you must be able to rely – and then limited to the damage typically to be expected with a contract of this kind.

Any further liability is excluded.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you live in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. This choice of law does not take away anything you are entitled to there.

For actions against you as a consumer, the court at your place of residence has jurisdiction. You may sue us either at your place of residence or at our registered office in Huttwil.

13. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
